However, due to the relatively small amount of commission that is given every time somebody clicks on an ad, an awful lot of traffic is needed to make a decent amount of money. The other option is to use that same website and that same traffic to promote products directly. As discussed earlier, there are products that other companies sell that you can promote and earn a much more significant commission for each products that is sold. You can choose to solely use SEO to get your traffic or paid advertising. In the case of paid advertising, you will have to invest money. However, if the money you invest is smaller than the commissions earned, a profit will be generated.
There are several other ways to make money online, but the affiliate marketing industry (if properly mastered) can be one of the most significantly profitable.
